All footwear purchased from toboot.com may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Any orders received after our 30 days return period, will only qualify for merchandise credit. Merchandise credit is only applicable for future toboot.com orders. Each shoe returned must be in NEW CONDITION (no visible wear on the upper or sole of the shoe) and in the original packaging. Any purchase not returned in the original packaging may be subject to a $25 repackaging fee. Any purchase returned in a condition which makes the footwear no longer sellable as 'New' will be refused.
Socks and other soft goods must be returned unopened and in the original packaging or will be refused.
Please include a copy of your receipt or packing list along with the reason for return indicated. For returns for credit, you will be notified of your refund by email once we have received and processed your return. Please note that return shipping costs will not be reimbursed.
