All purchases from toboot.com may be returned for exchange or refund within 30 days from the date your order ships (45 days for international orders). Orders received after our 30 day return period will only qualify for merchandise credit at our discretion. Merchandise credit is only applicable to future orders through our website; this will not be refundable or transferable.
Each item must be returned in NEW condition (footwear: no visible wear on the upper or sole, belts must have tags attached) and in the original packing including shoe bag, or may be subject to a $25 fee.
Any shoes or accessories returned in a condition which makes the items no longer sellable as NEW will be refused.
Please include a copy of your packing list or invoice and indicate the reason for return (be advised that failure to properly fill out the return form can delay your exchange or return).
Returns will be processed within 3 to 5 business days and credited to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase.
Any returns for exchanges will be processed within 3 to 5 business days.
- If the item requested is available a confirmation email will be sent with a tracking number.
- If the item is NOT available your order will be automatically refunded to your original form of payment.
Any returns for merchandise credit will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. You will receive an automated email with your unique code (gift card code) once completed.
TO BOOT NEW YORK offers a $10.00 flat rate for returns on domestic orders. The amount will be deducted from your refund. There is NO fee for exchanges.
Any return or exchanges for international purchases will be processed within 3 to 5 business days. Please note that shipping, duties and taxes will not be reimbursed.
